We are designers, manufacturers, and brand owners of gold-cased watches and gold-bezel watches in China. Our own-brand products are primarily sold through our extensive distribution network, supplemented by direct sales via our self-operated online store. We also generate revenue by providing ODM services to third-party domestic jewelry brands and wholesalers, including the development and production of private-label precious-metal watches and accessories, as well as subcontracting processing services for their watches and accessories. Our ODM clients include several well-known domestic jewelry brands, such as Laofengxiang, China Jewelry, and Chow Tai Seng, with whom we have established long-term, stable supply relationships. According to data from ZhiShi Consulting, in 2024, HIPINE was not only China’s largest brand of solid-gold precious-metal watches (in terms of GMV), but also the largest brand of solid-gold-inlaid precious-metal watches (also in terms of GMV). Our market shares, calculated based on GMV for both solid-gold precious-metal watches and solid-gold-inlaid precious-metal watches, were 27.08% and 28.96%, respectively.
