MIRXES-B (02629) announced that on April 27, 2026, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange outlining the following resumption guidelines for the trading of its shares: (i) Conduct an appropriate independent forensic investigation into prepayments, large cash outflows after December 31, 2025, and any other payments of a similar nature or raising similar concerns; assess the impact on the company's business operations and financial condition, disclose the findings, and take appropriate corrective actions; (ii) Demonstrate the integrity, competence, and suitability of the group’s management and/or any individuals with significant influence over the company’s management and operations.
