Didi implements multiple measures to provide travel discounts and support services for the National Games.
On November 9, the 15th National Games officially opened. The streets of Guangzhou were filled with a vibrant sports atmosphere, showcasing the exciting scenes of the National Games everywhere. As a city partner of Guangzhou, DiDi, under the guidance of relevant authorities, has formed a support fleet that integrates various modes of transportation, including ride-hailing vehicles, autonomous driving vehicles, shuttle buses, and two-wheeled vehicles, to provide transportation services during the "15th National Games" for travel within Guangzhou and to facilitate traffic dispersal around the venues. Through multiple measures, DiDi is committed to delivering high-quality services for the National Games. During the event, in order to facilitate convenient travel for Guangzhou residents and visitors, DiDi will deploy over 2,000 ride-hailing vehicles as additional support, while also enhancing driver support on the platform.

Didi has been approved to provide autonomous driving application scenarios during the 15th National Games in Guangzhou, where it will offer services such as bus shuttle connections.

During the launch ceremony, Didi's autonomous driving division was awarded the “Autonomous Driving Service Provider” plaque and authorized to provide autonomous driving scenario applications in Guangzhou during the 15th National Games. Throughout the event, Didi's autonomous driving will offer safe and convenient autonomous transportation services to audiences, guests, media personnel, volunteers, citizens, and others under the guidance of relevant authorities. In line with the concept of creating a “Technology-Driven National Games,” more than 300 autonomous vehicles (equipment) will be deployed in the Guangzhou competition zone for the 15th National Games.

Didi Delivery announces freight prepayment protection plan: If payment is overdue by more than 7 days, the platform will fully cover the cost.
Sina Tech News, October 29th, in the afternoon – Today, Didi Freight announced a freight advance payment protection plan. All cash-on-delivery orders will automatically be covered by this freight advance payment protection. If the freight is not paid within 24 hours, customer service will intervene to request payment. If the freight remains unpaid for over 7 days, the platform will automatically fully cover the payment and will notify the driver that the advanced freight payment has been credited.
