Tesla, Inc. 's domestic delivery of Chinese-made cars fell sharply last month after a spate of negative news from the company, followed by a recall of almost all of its vehicles sold in China because of safety problems. Musk's electric car pioneer delivered 8621 Chinese-made cars in July, down 69 per cent from a month earlier to 28138 in June. However, exports soared from 5017 to 24347, mostly to Europe. As a result, Tesla, Inc. 's total deliveries in China in July fell only 0.6 per cent to 32968. "We think Tesla, Inc. 's current demand in China is good.
