Express News | VanEck reports $97 million in inflows to its BNB spot ETF on Friday
On October 5, CryptoBriefing reported that VanEck stated its BNB spot ETF (VBNB) recorded $97 million in inflows on Friday, marking the first significant inflow since the fund listed in the U.S. on May 28. However, Glassnode data showed net inflows for VBNB were zero as of October 2, though this figure has not been independently verified. VBNB is the first spot ETF in the U.S. to hold BNB directly, with an expense ratio of 0.39%. As of early October, assets under management totaled only approximately $2.3 million to $2.7 million, meaning the single-day inflow far exceeded its asset base. On September 25, VanEck appointed BitGo as a second custodian and Figment as a staking validator, designating staking as a secondary objective for the fund.
