On January 20, Capital State learned that Changan Automobile recently issued an announcement announcing that the dust of its Changan New Energy B round financing has been settled, raising the amount of capital increase to 4.977 billion yuan from 3 billion yuan planned at the beginning of last year. After the completion of the transaction, Changan New Energy plans to increase its registered capital by 125.9 million yuan, from 202.2 million yuan to 328 million yuan. It is understood that the current round of Changan new energy capital increase attracted a number of well-known investment institutions to participate. Among them, Changan Automobile plans to increase its capital by 1.36 billion yuan. After the capital increase is completed, the company's shareholding ratio will be diluted from 48.95% to 40.6%.
