TOKAI Holdings <3167> announced on the 6th that it will dispose of its treasury shares in connection with an additional contribution to the Share Benefit Trust (BBT (Board Benefit Trust)). This disposal of treasury shares involves making an additional cash contribution to enable the Trust to acquire shares anticipated to be required for future benefit payouts, and transferring them to Japan Custody Bank (Trust Account E), a subsidiary of Mizuho Financial Group <8411>, which has received a sub-trust from the trustee.
