With the new agents in ChatGPT Work, users no longer need to write SQL queries or manually consolidate multiple data sources. They can simply pose questions in natural language, enabling the agent to connect to authorized enterprise data and documents, investigate data changes, generate analyses and interactive dashboards, and execute follow-up actions upon user approval. The absence of accuracy benchmarks means that enterprises lack independent, quantifiable, and publicly available metrics to assess how accurately the agents respond.
