On Monday, media reports revealed that OpenAI has hired Albert Lee from Google to serve as the head of Corporate Development. Albert Lee previously oversaw corporate development matters for Google Cloud and Google DeepMind, and was involved in several high-profile acquisitions by Google, including the March announcement this year of the acquisition of cloud security startup Wiz for $32 billion.
