The brand-new ultra-luxury property project at 8 Long Ting Lane, Kowloon Tong, held by Wharf Holdings (00004.HK) and Wheelock Properties, was officially named "The Monet" today (4th). The project is developed in three phases with four residential buildings, providing a total of 133 units. Located in the prime Kowloon Tong School Net 41 area, it also backs onto Lion Rock and Beacon Hill. Christopher Ng, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Wheelock Properties, stated that Wharf and Wheelock, as developers with long-standing histories on The Peak, have created numerous legendary ultra-luxury property projects over several decades. The Monet will continue the legacy of the Peak Collection.

The second phase of Victoria Harbour - Bay View, located in Kai Tak, has successfully sold 11 three-bedroom sea view units through tender, with a total contract value exceeding HKD 2.64 billion.
China Overseas Land & Investment (00688.HK), Wharf Holdings (00004.HK), Henderson Land (00012.HK), and K. Wah International (00173.HK) jointly developed the second phase of the Kai Tak Victoria Harbour project, The Oceanfront – Royal Gateway, which sold 11 three-bedroom units with Victoria Harbour views through a tender process yesterday (1st). The total contract value exceeded HK$264 million, with an average transaction price per square foot of approximately HK$32,929. You Wai-kwong, Managing Director of China Overseas Property, stated that one of the units, located on the 23rd floor, unit A of Block 5B, has a saleable area of 744 square feet, featuring a three-bedroom layout plus a utility room with a bathroom, offering views stretching from East Hong Kong Island to Central along both sides of Victoria Harbour.
