Hang Seng Indexes Company: Ane Logistics (09956.HK) to be removed from multiple indices following privatization.

Hang Seng Indexes Company announced that, pursuant to the scheme document dated December 18 of last year, the proposal to privatize Ane Logistics (09956.HK) will result in the delisting of Ane Logistics from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange following approval at the shareholders' meeting. Consequently, Ane Logistics will be removed from the following indices and their sub-indices at the closing price on its final trading day, January 23, 2026 (Friday). The changes below will take effect starting Monday, January 26, 2026. The affected indices include: Hang Seng Composite Index (under which are the Hang Seng Composite Industry Index - Industrial, Hang Seng Composite SmallCap Index, and Hang Seng Composite Mid & SmallCap Index).
