How to easily complete currency exchange

For users who Futu Futura to conduct cross-market transactions, different currencies need to be used in the daily transaction process. On the Futubull Niu Niu App, you can easily exchange currency with one key, making your transactions more convenient and faster!

Account > Select Hong Kong Stock or US Stock Account > Transfer > Currency Exchange.

Choose to withdraw or deposit currency, enter the withdrawal amount, click Apply for redemption, enter the password, and wait for the redemption to complete.

Exchange orders submitted between Monday (07:00) and Saturday (04:00 summer time, 05:00 winter time) are expected to be redeemed in real time. Other hours or holidays will be processed on the next trading day.

*The redeemable amount is the amount after deducting the costs associated with the transaction. If a transaction occurs on the same day, you will need to wait until the settlement is completed before the exchange can proceed.

*The reference exchange rate is based on the Futu Composite Exchange Rate card price and will be updated as the FX card changes.

Special instructions:

Every day from 16:00 to the current US stock market opening period (21:30 summer time, 22:30 winter time), the normal situation is real-time exchange. Due to the time limit for processing the redemption order on the upstream exchange order, the redemption may not be completed in real time. The redemption will be processed after the US stock market opens on the same day.

The system will notify you in the form of a notification after the redemption is completed, so please check back as soon as possible.
