What is a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)?
Many companies share profits with shareholders in the form of cash dividends. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is an automatic cash dividend reinvestment plan set up by online brokerages, allowing investors to automatically reinvest their cash dividends to purchase shares of the same company.

What are the advantages of choosing to open a DRIP account?
a) Support for buying fractional shares.
b) Directly buy on dividend payment date.
Through the above features, it is easy and without threshold to create the effect of 'compound interest' on dividends, which allows your stock portfolio to gradually grow over time.
