The specific content of the judgment is as follows: Defendant Huabao Run shall pay plaintiff Aerospace Property a total of RMB 10,943,922.38 for arrears of property management fees, central air conditioning maintenance fees, special maintenance funds, water fees, and electricity fees, as well as liquidated damages within ten days from the date of the judgment taking effect.
