About Hengli Industrial Development Group Company

The company, formerly known as Yueyang Hengli Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., was approved by the Hunan Joint Stock Reform Pilot Leading Group in 1993/3 by the Hunan Stock Exchange Reform (1993) Documents No. 20 and No. 25. It was restructured from the former Yueyang Refrigeration Equipment General Plant, and jointly initiated with 15 enterprises including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Yueyang Trust and Investment Company of China and China Construction Bank Yueyang Trust and Investment Company. It was established through targeted fundraising, with a registered capital of 42 million yuan, and registered at No. 9 Qingnianzhong Road, Yueyang City. The main business activities include the production and sale of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, sales of automobiles (including cars); processing and sales of machinery and equipment; provision of installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and transportation services for raw materials and products produced by the enterprise; engaging in real estate management and property management with qualifications; leasing of own housing; industrial investment; and investment management. The main products are refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
