The company's predecessor, Jincheng Paper Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1998. On June 17, 2016, it purchased 100% of the shares of Jiangsu Metallurgical Design Institute Co., Ltd. owned by Shenwu Technology Group Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares, which was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and officially obtained approval on August 1, 2016.
