Modern Investment (000900.SZ) announced that the twelfth meeting of its ninth board of directors approved the proposal regarding the capital increase for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Modern Hongyuan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. To meet the operational and development needs of the subsidiary, the company agreed to inject an additional 250 million yuan of its own funds into Modern Hongyuan. Following this capital increase, Modern Hongyuan's registered capital will increase from 10 million yuan to 260 million yuan. This capital injection does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring and falls within the authority of the company’s board of directors, thus not requiring shareholder approval.
