Ying Sheng Science (00209.HK) has appointed Chen Yuyi as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative.

Gelonghui, October 17th ─ Yingsheng Science (00209.HK) announced that, effective from October 17, 2025: (i) Ms. Yu Yayan has resigned as the company secretary of the company and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the authorized representative of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to accept legal process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company; and (ii) Ms. Chen Yuyi has been appointed as the company secretary, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and the authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to accept legal process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company.

Ying Sheng Science (00209.HK) proposes a "1-for-7" rights issue to raise up to HKD 182 million, with the subscription price representing a discount of approximately 23.5%.

Gelonghui, October 15th ┃Ying Sheng Science (00209.HK) announced that the company proposes to offer one rights issue share for every one existing share held as of the record date. The company plans to raise up to approximately HKD 182 million in gross proceeds by issuing a maximum of 1,299,962,832 rights issue shares to eligible shareholders. The subscription price per rights share is HKD 0.14, representing a discount of approximately 23.5% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.183 per share on the last trading day on the Stock Exchange. Assuming full subscription of the rights issue, the estimated net proceeds are expected to be approximately HKD 176.5 million. The proceeds are proposed to be utilized as follows.
