Zhonghui Group Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Chinese company mainly engaged in private commercial higher education business. The company operates through three private schools: Chinese Business College of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, Guangzhou Chinese Business Vocational College and Australian International Business School. The Chinese Business College of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics and Guangzhou Chinese Business Vocational College are full-time undergraduate colleges. The Australian International Business School is an overseas educational institution offering courses in English, business and accounting.
Zhonghui Group Holdings Limited ("Zhonghui Group" or "the Group", stock code: 0382.HK), Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area's largest private commercial higher education group and an early pioneer in expanding the international market in the education industry, was listed on the main board of Hong Kong on 16 July 2019. So far, the Group has more than 60,000 students and has eight domestic and foreign schools.
In China, the Group operates a total of five schools. In Guangdong Province, the Group operates two private higher education institutions in China, namely, Guangzhou Chinese Business College and Guangzhou Chinese Business Vocational College, with a student population of 38315. On 4 December 2020, the Group acquired Sichuan City Vocational College and Sichuan City technician College in Chengdu, Sichuan, with a total full-time enrollment of more than 20 000. in addition, the Group operates the Hong Kong Dawan District Business School in Hong Kong.
Overseas, the Group operates a total of three schools. Australian International Business School (Global Business College of Australia or GBCA), a private vocational education institution licensed by the Australian Department of skills and quality (ASQA), provides vocational education courses and other non-academic short courses in Australia, which is the first Chinese international education institution approved by the Australian government. Singapore Ministry of Education EduTrust accredited private vocational education institutions, namely Singapore Zhonghui College (Edvantage Institute (Singapore) or EIS), provide long-term and short-term language training courses as well as various diploma and higher diploma courses. Australia's Zhonghui College (Edvantage Institute Australia or EIA) is the first higher education institution of the Group to offer and award both undergraduate and master's degrees with TEQSA certification and approval from the Australian higher Education quality and Standards Agency.
