Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "the Company") was established in August 2010 and is a controlling subsidiary of Jingneng Group. The Company was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011. Together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group"), the Company operates across 26 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, including Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Sichuan, Hunan, and Guangdong. In Beijing and Yichang, Hubei, the Company operates eight gas‑fired combined heat and power plants with a combined installed capacity of 4.775 million kilowatts; these seven plants in Beijing account for over 47% of the city's total gas‑fired electricity generation and more than 43% of its centralized heat supply, making the Company the leading gas‑fired CHP provider in the capital. Additionally, the Company manages small- and medium-sized hydropower projects and other clean energy ventures, with a total hydropower capacity of 310,000 kilowatts mainly located in water‑rich southwestern China, and an energy storage capacity of 226,000 kilowatts, primarily deployed in Ningxia and Guangxi.
