China Oriental Education Holdings Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are leading providers of vocational skills education in China. Our business focuses on providing students with innovative vocational skills education, thereby improving students' employability in a changing job market and supporting the changing labor needs brought about by China's continued economic growth, urbanization, and industrial upgrading. Our vocational skills education mainly covers four industry fields, namely cooking technology, information technology and internet technology, automobile maintenance, and fashion and beauty. We serve these four industries under seven well-known school brands (namely New Oriental Cooking Education, Omega Western Food Education, Delicious Academy, Xinhua Computer Education, Huaxin Zhiyuan DT Talent Training Base, Wantong Auto Education, and Ormandi Fashion and Beauty Education). As of December 31, 2023, we operated 245 schools and centers, and the average number of trainees and customer registrations for the year ended 31 December 2023 was 146,839. Our comprehensive and nationwide school network covers most provinces in mainland China and Hong Kong.
