The Company is a publicly listed limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, with its shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK"). The Company's direct parent company is China Overseas Group Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. The ultimate holding company of the Company is China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited ("CSCEC"), a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China, whose principal shareholder is the Chinese government. The Company's registered office and principal place of business are located at 10/F, Tower 3, Pacific Place, 1 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong. The Group's principal operating locations are in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Xiamen, Changsha, Jinan, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu, Tianjin, Xi'an, and other regions across mainland China. The Group, comprising the Company and its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in real estate development, commercial property management, and other related businesses. The Company's functional currency is the Renminbi. The presentation currency used in preparing the Group's consolidated financial statements is also the Renminbi.
