According to Kerui Property Management data, we are ranked in the top 15 of China's top 100 property enterprise service companies, and have received many recognitions such as the top ten high-end property service enterprises in China, leading property service satisfaction enterprises, and leading low-carbon property enterprises in China. Our history dates back to 1993, when we were founded as a subsidiary of China Sinochem Group Co., Ltd. (“Sinochem Group”) to provide property management services for properties developed by the predecessor of China Jinmao Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“China Jinmao”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Jinmao Group”) in Beijing, China. Our controlling shareholder, China Jinmao, is a leading integrated property developer in China. Its shares are listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”), stock code: 00817. Over the years, we have provided a full range of property management services for various properties, and have established a national business in China, with a special focus on high-end properties in core cities. For the 12 months ended 31 December 2024, our total contract construction area (“floor area”) was approximately 134.3 million square meters, covering 71 cities and 595 property projects in 25 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The total construction area under management reached about 100.9 million square meters, including 406 residential communities and 189 non-residential properties. Our property management services cover a variety of property types, including residential communities, commercial properties (mainly offices, shopping malls), and public properties (such as schools, government facilities, and other public spaces). In addition to property management services, we also provide value-added services for non-owners, including on-site sales assistance, consulting and other value-added services to property developers. We also mainly provide community value-added services to owners and residents of managed properties to meet their daily needs, mainly including: Mercure platform services, community living services, community space operation services and real estate brokerage services.
