About CHINA RES POWER Company

China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited ("the Company" or "China Resources Power") and its subsidiaries (the "Group") primarily invest in, develop, operate, and manage wind farms, photovoltaic power stations, hydropower stations, and other clean and renewable energy projects, as well as coal-fired power plants, throughout the People's Republic of China ("China"). The Group's business also encompasses distributed energy, electricity sales, smart energy solutions, and coal-related activities. As of June 30, 2025, China Resources Power operated 50 coal-fired power plants, 209 wind farms, 205 photovoltaic power stations, 20 hydropower stations, and 6 gas-fired power plants. The Company's total equity‑based grid‑connected installed capacity amounted to 78,094 MW, with 26.4% located in Central China, 22.1% in East China, 14.0% in South China, 13.6% in North China, 11.4% in Northwest China, 6.3% in Southwest China, 6.1% in Northeast China, and 0.1% in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong") and overseas. Wind, hydro, and photovoltaic power generation accounted for a combined equity‑based grid‑connected installed capacity of 38,955 MW, representing approximately 49.9% of the total. Since September 7, 2020, China Resources Power has been included for six consecutive years in both the Hang Seng ESG 50 Index and the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index. China Resources Power remains committed to the principles of sustainable development, integrating environmental, social, and governance responsibilities into its corporate strategy and operations. For 15 consecutive years, the Company has published sustainability reports, continuously assessing its performance and identifying areas for improvement, thereby strengthening its capacity to advance sustainable development and laying a solid foundation for long-term value creation.
