Macao Gaming Holdings Limited ("the Company") and its subsidiaries (collectively, "the Group") are leading owners, operators, and developers of casinos and integrated resort complexes in the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Macao"). The Company's principal subsidiary, Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. ("SJM"), is one of the six companies awarded gaming concession contracts in Macao and is authorized by the Macao Government to operate casino and gaming areas. SJM is also the only gaming concessionaire with deep roots in Macao. SJM owns and operates the Grand Lisboa Resort, the New Lisboa Hotel and Casino, as well as other casinos located at key landmarks throughout Macao. Its operations encompass casino gaming alongside a wide array of leisure amenities and hotel services, including hotel accommodation, fine and casual dining, shopping, health and spa facilities, and venues for meetings, events, and cultural exhibitions, thereby catering to the diverse needs of a broad guest base. The Group's Grand Lisboa Resort in Cotai features three hotel towers—Grand Lisboa Macau, THE KARL LAGERFELD, and Palazzo Versace Macau—offering luxurious hotel rooms and suites, as well as a comprehensive range of hotel services.
