Macau Gaming Holdings Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) are the leading owners, operators and developers of Macau casinos and integrated entertainment resorts. The Company's main subsidiary, Australian Entertainment Integrated Resort Co., Ltd. (“Macau Entertainment Complex”), is one of the six companies granted a licensing contract for gaming operations in Macau and has been authorized by the Government of the Macau Special Administrative Region (“Macau”) to operate casinos and gaming areas. Australian Entertainment General is also the only entertainment and gaming licensing company rooted in Macau. Australian Entertainment Inc. owns and operates the Grand Lisboa Resort Complex, Grand Lisboa Hotel and Casino, and other casinos located in key locations in Macau.
