Xintian Green Energy Co., Ltd. was established on February 9, 2010 at the initiative of Hebei Construction Investment Water Services, and was listed on the main boards of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange on October 13, 2010 and June 29, 2020, respectively. The Group is mainly engaged in the development and utilization of new energy and clean energy, and owns the wind power business, photovoltaic business, and natural gas business. The Group is engaged in the planning, development, operation and electricity sales of wind farms and photovoltaic power plants, and owns wind/photovoltaic projects in Hebei, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Shandong, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia and other regions. Relying on Hebei, the Group invests in the development of new energy projects throughout the country and is actively seeking suitable overseas investment projects. As of December 31, 2023, the Group's wind power holding has an installed capacity of 6,293.75 megawatts, a managed installed capacity of 6,554.35 megawatts, and an equity installed capacity of 5,878.71 megawatts; the Group's PV Holdings has an installed capacity of 126.12 megawatts, a managed installed capacity of 296.12 megawatts, and an equity installed capacity of 201.30 megawatts. In 2023, wind power generation will reach 14.81 billion kilowatt-hours, and the number of hours used is 2,419 hours. In 2023, the photovoltaic power generation capacity is 173 million kilowatt-hours, and the number of hours used is 1,376 hours. The Group owns and operates natural gas distribution facilities in Hebei Province and sells natural gas through natural gas distribution channels. As of December 31, 2023, the Group has 1 LNG receiving station, 11 long-distance gas pipelines, 21 high-pressure branch pipelines, 33 urban gas projects, 34 distribution stations, 20 gate stations, 5 CNG parent stations, 3 CNG fueling sub-stations, 3 LNG filling stations, and 1 L-CNG joint construction station. In 2023, the Group delivered 5.114 billion cubic meters of natural gas and sold 4.503 billion cubic meters of gas.
