The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on December 3, 1996, and its shares have been listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange since January 20, 1997. The company is a holding company for a number of diversified companies and has two main business segments with synergistic effects, namely providing casino management services under its trade name or brand “Lotto Macau”; and developing, selling and leasing electronic entertainment equipment and systems under its trade name or brand “LTGame”. This synergy provides the Group with a unique and superior position in the Macau and overseas gaming markets. Since the Group began providing casino management services for Jinbi Casino (the latest term of the service contract is from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2015) in 2007, Lotto Macau has positioned itself as a provider focusing on midfield customers and providing casino management services for Macau's satellite casinos. Lotto Macau stands out from its competitors by providing customers with an affordable minimum bet amount and thereby attracting a large, diverse and loyal customer base, and achieves its significant advantage by using technology to reduce operating costs and improve gaming efficiency and productivity. LTGame aims to become one of the world's leading suppliers of entertainment equipment and systems to develop automated and innovative technologies for table betting to improve gaming efficiency and optimize operations, and provide customers with the perfect combination of high technology and gaming experiences. LTGame's first core flagship product is a patented live streaming hybrid game system, which is in huge demand from Macau and overseas casino operators. The Group is the investor, patent holder and sole supplier of live streaming hybrid game systems, and dominates the Macau ETG market. In addition to live hybrid console systems, LTGame has been investing in the development of slots, other ETG consoles, and other high-tech gaming-related products (including automated intelligent robots, face recognition systems, and gaming management systems). LTGame's mission is to provide comprehensive solutions for future development needs and become a leader in the global entertainment equipment market. The Group will continue to invest in the innovation and development of electronic entertainment equipment and systems. In recent years, in addition to its core gaming business, the Group has also planned to diversify its business portfolio and actively seek investment opportunities with suitable partners involved in industries that can provide innovative new or renewable energy solutions.
