Unitree's imminent IPO and Tesla's procurement guidance provided dual catalysts, driving Hong Kong-listed robotics-related stocks sharply higher.
According to LatePost, multiple sources familiar with Tesla’s supply chain revealed that Tesla has recently issued specific procurement guidelines for Optimus components, requiring suppliers to ramp up production capacity to 1,000 units per week by September this year and further increase it to 2,000–2,500 units per week by year-end. Two individuals close to the suppliers indicated that Tesla typically places orders approximately two months in advance, and they have already seen concrete orders for several hundred units scheduled for August.
