The Company was incorporated as an exempted limited liability company in the Cayman Islands under the Cayman Islands Companies Act on May 31, 2011. The Company has a number of direct and indirect subsidiaries incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. As the lead contractor, the Group mainly engages in (a) providing building construction services in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore, (b) property maintenance services in Hong Kong, and (c) remodeling, renovation, improvement works and interior decoration engineering services in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. As an interior contractor providing remodeling, renovation, improvement works and interior decoration engineering services, the Group expanded its business to Macau in 2006 and further expanded its business to Singapore in 2008. The Group is currently included in the list of contractors and the register of specialist contractors by the Works Division of the Development Bureau. The Group has been a Group C contractor for building projects since July 1992. As far as tender limits are concerned, Group C contractors are the highest-ranked contractors and can bid on any public works contract worth more than HK$75 million. The Group is qualified as one of the specialist contractors for the maintenance and restoration of historic buildings. It is also a specialist contractor approved to undertake Chinese and Western projects and Group I all-inclusive interior design and decoration projects.
