Managepay Systems Bhd is an investment holding company. The company operates in 2 segments, 1) Fintech services includes the provision of e-payment services, e-money services, MasterCard prepaid card services, provision of money lending services licensed by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, and provision and operations of peer-to-peer (P2P) financing platform licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), domestics and cross border remittance. 2) Non-fintech services segment includes the development, marketing and trading of information and communication technology products, project management, e-commerce, mobile virtual network operator, business outsourcing services and loyalty management services.
