The Company's principal place of business is Room 2101, 21/F, Tower 2, Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong, China. The Company's shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) GEM (“GEM”) on September 16, 2005, and transferred from the Stock Exchange's GEM to the Main Board on January 29, 2018. The Company's direct holding company is Zhuoerji Investment Co., Ltd., a limited company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The directors of the Company believe that the ultimate holding company is Zhuoer Holdings Limited (“Dall Holdings”), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, wholly owned and controlled by Mr. Yan Zhi (“Mr. Yan”). The Company is an investment holding company (together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”). Its subsidiaries are mainly engaged in port construction and operation, port and warehouse leasing, provision of logistics services, and supply chain management and trade services. The Group's business is located in Hong Kong, China and mainland China.
