We are one of the leading private education service groups in Sichuan Province, China, and have a track record of over 22 years in the field of private education services. We operate our own kindergartens and high schools, and have entered the vocational education industry through acquisitions. We also provide education management services to educational institutions, including kindergarten management services and supplementary services. As of September 1, 2023, we are operating two kindergartens, a high school and two vocational schools in Chengdu and Suining, Sichuan. As of September 1, 2023, there were 33,386 students enrolled in our school, and the Group had 2,430 employees, of which more than 1,700 were teachers. Since 2001, we have been rooted in the private preschool education industry and have expanded our business into the private elementary school, middle school and high school education industry. In June 2001, we cooperated with Chengdu Kindergarten Teacher Training School to establish our first kindergarten, Chengdu Experimental Kindergarten, and have successively developed Lido Kindergarten, Riverside Kindergarten, Longquan Kindergarten, Qingyang Kindergarten, and Peninsula Kindergarten. We hosted Jinjiang School in April 2012. Since then, we have successfully replicated the business model of school management and set up Longquan School and Tianfu School one after another. In March 2021, we opened Tianfu High School. Since September 2019, we have successively founded four Bojun Public Schools in Sichuan Province under the new brand “Bojun College”. Due to the promulgation of the “Regulations on the Implementation of the Private Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China” (the “Implementation Regulations”), which came into effect on September 1, 2021, we will no longer comprehensively register affected entities on August 31, 2021. Our remaining business mainly involves operating for-profit high schools and kindergartens, and providing educational services to Chinese educational institutions. Furthermore, we have begun to implement our layout in the field of private vocational education. On August 31, 2023, we completed the acquisition and signed a new set of structural contracts. It currently owns two vocational schools. We focus on providing quality education services and attach importance to the overall development of students. At the same time, we closely follow the national education strategy development plan and adjust our business structure in a timely manner. As the demand for high-quality private education from Chinese parents has increased, we have made great strides since starting our first school in 2001.
