China Datang Group Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (stock code: 1798), formerly known as Datang Chifeng Saihanba Wind Power Co., Ltd., established on September 23, 2004, is one of the earliest power companies to develop new energy in China. Since its establishment, after several years of rapid development, the company was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 17, 2010. As of December 31, 2022, the total number of issued shares of the Company was 7,273,701,000 shares. Among them, the merger shareholding ratio of China Datang Group Co., Ltd. was 65.61%, which is the controlling shareholder of the company. The Group is mainly engaged in the development, investment, construction and management of new energy sources such as wind power; R&D, application and promotion of low-carbon technology; development, sales, inspection and maintenance of new energy-related equipment; power production; domestic and foreign power engineering design, construction, installation, maintenance and maintenance; import and export services for new energy equipment and technology; foreign investment; consulting services related to new energy business. The Group is actively developing renewable energy businesses such as wind power and solar power generation.
