The company group's history dates back to the establishment of Chengdu Feihuan Electronics Co., Ltd. in 2000. As Feihuan's business expanded, Yinghao Control Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen in 2005. Subsequently, Hong Kong Yinghao, Shanghai Yinghao, and Hong Kong Feihuan were established one after another. Beginning in 2011, both the Mainland China group and the Hong Kong group adopted the Feihuan and Yinghao brand names to enhance the group's brand awareness and image in the industrial and consumer electronics markets of mainland China and Hong Kong, while also building a comprehensive, integrated service capability that supports electronic product manufacturers across IC procurement, IC‑solution R&D, and marketing and sales. In 2017, the Mainland China group and the Hong Kong group completed a restructuring, with Contelion Technology Co., Ltd. officially becoming the group's holding company. After years of persistent effort, the group has grown into a mature fabless semiconductor solutions provider, specializing in the supply, design, and development of IC‑based application solutions, as well as the sale of ICs for consumer and industrial products.
