Gelonghui, September 9 | Everest Medicines (01952.HK) announced that on September 9, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Everest Medicines Technology Co., Ltd., entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Haisen. Under this agreement, both parties agreed to establish a framework for the supply, distribution, related manufacturing, and commercialization of products in China. The Group has been developing its pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain capabilities in China and expects to obtain a Pharmaceutical Operation License in China by the end of 2026. Upon obtaining the relevant license, the Group intends to carry out pharmaceutical operation and distribution activities in accordance with applicable Good Supply Practice (GSP) requirements.
