Gelonghui, December 29 | Oaks International (02080.HK) announced that on the date of this announcement, the Group is operating a brand called Zentral Clubhouse on a leased property at California Tower, 30-32 D'Aguilar Street, Central, Hong Kong. The existing tenancy agreement relating to the leased property will expire on June 30, 2024, but the option to renew the tenancy agreement can be exercised no less than six months before the lease expires. The board of directors of the company noticed that the Group's lifestyle and entertainment business has been in adversity in recent years. Glonghui November 29丨Oaks International (02080.HK) announced that for the six months ended September 30, 2023, the company's revenue was approximately HK$199.9 million, an increase of 22.7% over the previous year. The increase was due to (i) revenue of approximately HK$40.8 million from value-added services launched in the second half of 2022; and (ii) an increase in revenue of the lifestyle and entertainment segment of approximately HK$3.8 million during the period due to the resumption of normal business hours after the cancellation of Covid-19 prevention measures.
