The Group is a nationally renowned ophthalmology medical service group leading in North China. The group was founded in 1988 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, to provide ophthalmology services to a clinic. The cost of such services is currently not covered by public health insurance schemes. Basic ophthalmology services include treatment of various common eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, strabismus, fundus diseases, ocular surface diseases, orbital diseases, and pediatric eye diseases, which are generally covered by public health insurance plans. In view of the increase in consumer demand in China in recent years, the Group plans to focus more strategically on the consumer ophthalmology service business and invest more energy in continuing its rapid growth while maintaining its basic advantages in the basic ophthalmology business. The Group's patients are treated by ophthalmologists equipped with advanced technology and equipment. The Group has many ophthalmologists with medical expertise and extensive experience. Advanced technology and equipment is another key factor in consolidating market leadership. Baotou Hospital is the only ophthalmology hospital in Inner Mongolia with a pharmacy that produces homemade traditional Chinese medicine capsules and eye drops. It is also one of the few medical service providers in China that can produce 0.01% atropine sulphate eye drops prescribed by relevant hospitals to prevent and control myopia in young people.
