Huazi International Marine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huazi International Marine" or the "Group") is a leading provider of port and waterway engineering services in China. The Group specializes in port infrastructure projects, waterway development, and other related engineering works, and further expanded its business into municipal engineering at the end of 2019 through strategic acquisitions. Over the years, the Group has progressively extended its operations across most regions of China, including the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, Central China, and North China. In alignment with the Belt and Road Initiative, the Group also undertakes construction and technical services in multiple countries and regions, such as Brunei and Indonesia, serving clients in sectors including power, shipping, energy, chemicals, municipal services, and real estate, and is committed to delivering specialized engineering solutions to cross-sector clients in diverse geographic markets. The Group's subsidiaries include Shanghai Sanhang Benteng Marine, Huazi Benteng Construction, Indonesia Sanhang Benteng, Brunei Sanhang Benteng, and Shanghai Huazi Environmental Technology. Shanghai Sanhang Benteng Marine holds a Grade-I General Contracting License for Port and Waterway Construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, as well as Grade-I Specialized Contracting Licenses for Port and Coastal Engineering and Foundation Engineering. Huazi Benteng Construction Group, on the other hand, possesses Grade-I General Contracting Licenses for Building Construction and Municipal Public Works. With more than two decades of extensive operational experience in the industry, and thanks to the continuous dedication of its workforce, the Group has so far delivered mature and comprehensive construction services for over 100 port infrastructure projects, more than 20 waterway development projects, and over 230 municipal public works and building construction projects, successfully completing a number of exemplary benchmark projects.
