The Group was founded in the 1980s and has nearly 40 years of experience in the decoration and construction industry in Macau. The Group mainly provides (i) decoration engineering services (as a general renovation contractor); (ii) construction engineering services (as general contractor); and (iii) repair and maintenance engineering services in Macau and Hong Kong. For the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group mainly focused on developing its core business — decoration and construction engineering. Renovation projects undertaken by the Group can be broadly divided into three categories according to customer type, namely (i) hotels and casinos; (ii) retail stores and restaurants; and (iii) others. The construction projects undertaken can be broadly divided into two categories, namely (i) general construction and (ii) heritage protection. In addition, the Group also provides temporary or fixed term regular repair and maintenance services for properties in Macau. The Group has competitive advantages in many areas, including: (i) an outstanding reputation and an outstanding track record; (ii) establishing business relationships with several of the Group's major customers; (iii) a stable pool of suppliers and subcontractors; (iv) an experienced management team with extensive industry knowledge; and (v) a good management system.
