Gross profit surged by about 207% to approximately HKD 19.67 million, compared to revenues and gross profits of approximately HKD 6.4 million for the same period in 2024. On the other hand, due to the sale of an equity stake in a subsidiary in the second half of 2024, the group did not record any share of results from joint ventures during the period. Furthermore, since the group did not utilize any bank financing loans during the period, its financial costs significantly decreased to approximately HKD 116,000.
