China Mengniu Dairy Co., Ltd. (“the Company”; stock code: 2319) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group” or “Mengniu”) mainly produce and sell high-quality dairy products in China. With its main brand Mengniu, Mengniu has become one of the leading producers of dairy products in China. Mengniu offers a diverse range of products, including liquid milk, ice cream, milk powder and cheese products. Mengniu ranked 7th in the 2022 “Global Top 20 Dairy Industry” published by Rabobank. By the end of 2022, the Group had an annual production capacity of 12.91 million tons of dairy products. In March 2014, Mengniu was included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index, becoming the first blue chip stock of a Chinese dairy company. In 2022, Mengniu's MSCIESG rating jumped to A, the highest rating in the Chinese food industry, and was selected as a constituent stock of sustainable development indices such as the Hang Seng Sustainable Development Enterprise Index.” Announcement on March 27, 2024: Gao Fei assumes the position of president.
