The Company is a joint-stock company established in China on April 30, 2003. Its H shares were listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on October 30, 2003 (stock code: 2357). As of the date of this report, the Company's principal shareholders include the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, the National Industrial Investment Fund, and Tianjin Bonded Zone Investment Co., Ltd. The Company conducts its operations primarily through its subsidiaries. The Group's main business activities include: - Developing, manufacturing, marketing, and upgrading civil aviation and defense products, providing helicopters, trainer aircraft, general‑purpose aircraft, regional jets, and other products to domestic and international customers; and - Collaborating with overseas aerospace manufacturers to jointly develop and produce aviation products. The Group's key product lines are as follows: - Helicopters: Z‑series and AC‑series helicopters; - Trainer Aircraft: L15, K8, CJ6, and other trainer models; - General‑Purpose Aircraft: Y‑12 series multi‑role aircraft and N‑5 series agricultural and forestry aircraft; - Aerospace Support Systems: avionics, electromechanical components, connectors, and related accessories; and - Aerospace Engineering Services: planning, design, consulting, and other related services.
