Chuang Sheng Holdings (02680) announced that Mr. Zhong Zhiwen has resigned as (i) the company’s authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules (Authorized Representative); and (ii) the company’s authorized representative appointed under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to accept service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong (Agent for Service of Process), effective August 7, 2026.
