Gelonghui March 25 | Huaxin Handbag International Holdings (02683.HK) announced that on March 25, 2024, the buyer (Dajin Group Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an acquisition agreement with the seller (i.e. Executive Director Ma Lanxiang and Executive Director Ma Qingwen's spouse Chen Chanjuan). According to this, the buyer has agreed to sell the property, namely the industrial building located at Room 9, 6th Floor, Huayao Industrial Center, 30-32 Au Pui Wan Street, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong, at a cost of HK$4.7 million.
