The group achieved revenue of 5.308 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 22.66% over the previous year; loss attributable to equity shareholders was 410 million yuan, profit due to shareholders during the same period last year, profit of 116 million yuan, year-on-year profit and loss; basic loss per share was 24.3292 points. According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to a combination of factors such as an 11% decrease in the average annual sales price compared to last year and a 41% increase in sales volume compared to last year.
