The municipal supervision bureau answered the suggestion of "prohibiting the promotion and display of e-cigarettes": the relevant laws and regulations are being promoted.

The Administrative measures point out that market entities engaged in the production, wholesale and retail of e-cigarettes must obtain a license issued by the administrative department in charge of tobacco monopoly accordingly.
