Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828) has secured a renewal of its uncommitted term loan facility from a bank, with a maximum principal amount equivalent to HKD 200 million.
Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828) announced that the Company (as borrower) has entered into a financing agreement with a bank for an uncommitted revolving loan facility with a maximum principal amount equivalent to HK$200 million. On June 22, 2026, the bank has renewed the facility. The new facility is an uncommitted term loan facility with a maximum principal amount equivalent to HK$200 million. Each drawdown under the new facility shall be fully repaid on the last day of the relevant interest period of one, two, three, or six months selected by the Company at the commencement of each drawdown. The maturity date of the new facility shall be one year from the date of the first drawdown under the new facility. All other terms and conditions of the financing agreement remain unchanged.
