China South China Vocational Education Group Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), along with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”), is a comprehensive skilled talent training service provider integrating academic vocational education, vocational training, technician training, competition training, skill evaluation, employment services, and entrepreneurship incubation. It adheres to “the purpose of serving the community, employment and entrepreneurship as the center, and focusing on ability development, to cultivate highly qualified skilled talents with good professional qualities and adapting to social needs and future development trends”, with the goal of “shaping society” “Talent” is the mission, persevere A school model of “integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, integration of engineering, integration of knowledge and action”. As of the date of this report, the Group operated two schools in the Greater Bay Area of China, namely Guangdong Lingnan Vocational and Technical College (“Lingnan Vocational and Technical College”) and Guangdong Lingnan Modern Technician College (“Lingnan Modern Technician College”). In the 2023/2024 school year, the Group mainly provided vocational education to 28,907 full-time students enrolled in our school. Of these, 73.8% were enrolled in TMT industry and major health industry-related majors. The Group mainly provides students with comprehensive and diverse academic vocational education courses. During the reporting period (see definitions below), the Group operated the Lingnan Polytechnic Institute and the Lingnan Modern Technician College. The Group refers to the provision of such educational services as its “main business”. Lingnan Vocational and Technical College: A private vocational education institution with two campuses. One campus is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province (“Guangzhou Campus”) and the other is located in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province (“Qingyuan Campus”). As of December 31, 2023, Lingnan Polytechnic has 13 second-level colleges, offering more than 47 majors covering a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to electronic information engineering technology, e-commerce, computer network technology, cloud computing technology applications, webcasting and operation, online marketing and live e-commerce, industrial internet, financial services and management, etc. Lingnan Modern Technician College: A private vocational education institution located in Guangzhou that provides students with vocational education and training in various industries. It mainly provides intermediate vocational courses and higher vocational courses. As of December 31, 2023, the Lingnan Institute of Modern Technicians established 7 faculties, offering more than 27 majors, including but not limited to mechatronics, drones, vehicle inspection and maintenance, fire engineering, traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation, nursing, big data applications, advertising design, computer network applications, computer programming and digital media applications. The Group also generates revenue from a number of supplementary education services, mainly including continuing education courses and other education services. Other education services mainly include exam preparation and training services relating to vocational skills assessment and professional qualifications and certificates provided by the Group for current students. Such education services are referred to as the Group's “Supplementary Education Services”.
