Gelonghui, July 10 — Impharma-B (07630.HK) announced that, upon the recommendation of the Board’s Remuneration Committee, the Board has resolved to propose the adoption of a share award plan. The maximum number of H-shares that may be awarded under the share award plan shall not exceed 5.0% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares) as of the adoption date (the "Plan Authorization Limit"). For the purpose of calculating the Plan Authorization Limit, lapsed or cancelled awards shall not be counted as utilized.
